Change Consultant/Business Systems Analyst (2015-2018):

• Led the creation of data governance standards and practices and the creation of a business glossary.
  • Led online meetings and conference calls to support business workers and subject matter experts in using the tools to create the glossary.
  • Established a change advocacy group with business and Information Technology to drive adoption of the data governance initiative.
  • Used Prosci ADKAR change management tools to develop skills and abilities for subject matter experts and business reporting groups to implement the information governance catalog.

• Produced comprehensive technology infrastructure strategies based on business processes and issues to meet regulatory requirements.
• Major Achievements:
  • Gathered needs and requirements of the trading platform for fixed income trading to update the platform and real-time information tools.
  • Promoted to Principal Strategist and Associate Vice President.
• Business Architect (2008-2010): Provided consulting services on Internet strategy implementation including web content management and infrastructure development.
• Manager – Application Development and Integration (2006-2008): Managed the activities of a 12-member technical architect team that addressed system design and applications architecture activities for major investment management functions across the organization.
